How do I place an online order? Back to Top
Placing an online order with Multicultural Kids is very easy and safe. Simply locate the item(s) you wish to purchase from our extensive selection and follow these simple steps:

When the desired product is found and options are selected using the drop down selections, click on the ADD TO CART button.

The contents of your shopping cart will be displayed. This information reveals the item description, the quantity, per unit cost and subtotal. If you want to change the quantity of the desired item, you may change that in the shopping cart. You may continue shopping by clicking on the CONTINUE SHOPPING.

As you continue to order products, the cart will keep track and show items you have ordered. If you wish to remove an item from the cart, click the "x" beside the item you want to remove.

If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code at the top of this page.

When you are finished shopping, click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.

Payment options include credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover), purchase orders (for schools and other educational facilities), gift certificates, phone ordering, fax ordering, money order, or personal check.

Checks must be in US currency, and we may withhold delivery until the check has cleared.

Yes, we accept purchase orders from schools, day care providers, and businesses. You may place your purchase orders in three different ways.
1) Place your order through our website and click on Purchase Order as your method of payment. You must enter a PO# in the additional information section during checkout.
2) Fax your purchase order to: 877-686-7357 (same as our phone number).
3) Mail your purchase order to: Multicultural Kids, 902 Kitty Hawk Rd, Ste. 170 #422, Universal City, TX 78148.

Yes, shopping at multiculturalkids.com is safe. Every credit card purchase you make is protected by a GoDaddy secure certificate.

Yes, we will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Overseas orders will be shipped airmail via USPS. Only Visa/Mastercard are accepted.

International Locations
The shipping charge for overseas orders is a flat rate of $39.00 US.

Canada/Alaska/Hawaii/Guam/Puerto Rico/Mexico
An additional shipping charge of 25% will be added to the shipping costs outlined above, with a minimum shipping charge of $11.00 US.

Actual charges will apply. If actual shipping cost is less than amount charged, overage will be refunded with your order. If actual shipping cost is greater than amount charged, you will be contacted prior to shipping. FOR ALL OVERSEAS ORDERS, AN EMAIL ADDRESS IS REQUIRED TO FACILITATE COMMUNICATION.

Do you offer Gift Certificates? Back to Top
You bet! In any amount and personalized with your name, the recipient's name and your message. There is no charge for this service, other than the cost of the gift itself. The gift certificate can be delivered to the recipient via e-mail or postal mail.
 
How do you handle backorders? Back to Top
If you place an order containing both in stock and out-of-stock items, we'll immediately process and ship the in-stock items. In Step 3 of Checkout you will be asked how you would like backorders handled - cancel or keep up to 60 days. We will send the backordered items separately when they are available and will bill your account for these items when we ship them. The second shipment will carry an extra shipping charge.

Can I return something if I don't like it?

Within 30 days of your dated receipt, you may return a product in its original, saleable condition. We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return that meets these conditions. Unfortunately, if the item is not in saleable condition, it will be returned to you with a letter of explanation. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. If an error has occurred on our part, of course we will do our best to rectify it and all charges will be refunded. Videos and audio tapes are not returnable once opened unless they are found to be defective. There are many options available in the drop downs under the products. Please don't forget to check the items as they are listed on your cart prior to final checkout. If you have a problem with the cart, let us know.
